The Mega Job Fair - 2025

The Mega Job Fair- 2025 jointly organized by The MDT Hindu College Alumni Association and Naachiyaar Free Job Centre, concluded with remarkable success. The event witnessed an exceptional outcome with 211 candidates receiving Letters of Intent from prestigious recruiting organizations including HDB, Up Skill, High Source, Work Force, and Staff Matrix.

The collaborative effort between The MDT Hindu College Alumni Association and Naachiyaar Free Job Centre has demonstrated how strategic partnerships can create meaningful impact in addressing employment challenges.

The event has set a benchmark for future job fairs and established a replicable model that can be scaled and adapted to different contexts. Most importantly, it has made a tangible difference in the lives of 211 individuals who now have new career opportunities ahead of them.
